traffic? WTF?

I'd love to have a talk with whoever had the bright idea to close the Edward's Mill exit off from wade ave. Before tonight's game. It backed traffic up well up i40. It took over 45 minutes to drive 2 miles. 2 miles! I don't know if it's the Raleigh police dept. Or part of the RBC Center's new traffic flow program. They've used this in the few previous games, but I didn't notice it then. So in all, thanks asshats who made thousands of us drive around our elbows to get to our asses.
